Il nucleo originario dell'operazione
iniziale era costituito da Silvio Santoni e Jacopo Santoni. Attualmente,
viste le accresciute opportunità commerciali, il personale operativo è
salito a 4 persone.
SILVIO SANTONI
Titolare della Società con compiti di supervisore, marketing e ricerca
prodotti con profonda conoscenza tecnica del settore vela grazie ad una
pluridecennale attività velica sia per diporto, sia per agonismo avendo
regatato a livello professionistico su tutti i mari del mondo.
I suoi più importanti risultati agonistici sono:

- Vice Campione del Mondo Fun 1990
- Nr. 12 del ranking mondiale Classe

CRISTIAN MERCATI
Entra in Contender nel 2000 con compiti di magazziniere addetto alle
spedizioni. Attualmente è responsabile di tutte le contabilità relative
allo stock nonchè corresponsabile della gestione commerciale
dell'azienda. Per il costante ed efficente lavoro svolto ha raggiunto
una confidenza ed un affidabilità nel rapporto con la clientela da
renderlo uno dei personaggi più competenti operanti nel mercato.
MATTIA PARVENTI
Si occupa della movimentazione di magazzino, dell'evasione degli ordini
in uscita e degli arrivi di merce curando "fisicamente" il buon
funzionamento delle operazioni. Ha compiti di supporto alla clientela
che lo consulta regolarmente per consigli o delucidazioni.
MANUELA BREGANI
E' impegnata full-time quale responsabile della contabilità e
dell'amministrazione. Sovrintende a tutte le pratiche burocratiche
inerenti alle importazioni ed esportazioni

SILVIO SANTONI
is the manager of the company with high technical knowledge of the
sailing environment due to a 30 years long experience of sailing either
racing and cruising having raced at high level allover the world.

CRISTIAN MERCATI
Joins the company in the year 2000 as support person in the warehouse
taking care of the deliverys. He is actually in charge of all the stock
bookkeeping , the goods ordering and is also taking a big share in the
marketing plan. For the efficient and constant work he has carried on,
has now reached a reliable and confident relationship with all the
customers which make him one of the more competent and loyal persons on
the market.
MATTIA PARVENTI
is responsible for the goods management and the warehouse, he takes care
of the outgoing orders and the incoming deliveries, paying good
attention to the "physical" aspect of the operation. He has the know how
to help customers in choosing the right items and fabrics.
MANUELA BREGANI
responsible for the administration and book keeping (the very hard work
in Italy!!!), moreover, she attends all the custom clearances for the
import-export movements. She is full time employed. |
